This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data collected by Ashley AI through our integrations (WhatsApp, TikTok, Facebook).

What Data We Store

Ashley AI may store the following data when you interact with our service:

Your phone number or social media identifier
Conversation history with the AI assistant
Your name (if provided by the platform)
Access tokens for connected social accounts (TikTok, Facebook)

How to Request Data Deletion

Send an email to contact@ashley-ai.app with the subject: "Data Deletion Request"
Include your phone number or the identifier used to interact with Ashley AI
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion by email

What Gets Deleted

Upon a valid deletion request, we will permanently delete:

All conversation history associated with your identifier
Any stored tokens or credentials linked to your account
Your contact information from our database
