Ashley AI is an AI-powered marketing assistant that allows businesses to manage and automate their social media presence, including publishing content to TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp on behalf of the account owner.

3. TikTok Integration

When you connect your TikTok account, you authorize Ashley AI to:

Access your TikTok profile information (name, avatar)
Publish videos and content to your TikTok account at your direction

You remain solely responsible for all content published through the App. You must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not publish content that violates TikTok's community guidelines
Not use the App to spam, harass, or mislead users
Ensure you have the rights to all content you publish through the App

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ashley AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you publish through the App remains your property.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ashley AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to account suspensions by third-party platforms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
